Taiping Financial Building is located in Lujiazui Financial and trade Center in Shanghai.  The design of Taiping Financial Building highlights the concept of green and ecological office, with sound-absorbing ceiling and raised floor. Each unit is equipped with advanced ventilator facilities, through which the fresh air from the outside can be filtered into the room and circulated.  As a class A office building with the characteristics of the headquarters, the building is dignified and elegant in appearance, fashionable and novel in facade, orderly and economical in structure, and practical in function. After completion, it will become the domestic management center of China Taiping Insurance Group.  

The Taiping Financial Building is about 218 meters high, with 43 floors above ground and 3 floors underground (parking Spaces and equipment floors of the building).  The height of the building unit is 3 meters, and the depth is 14 meters.  Customers are free to divide the leasehold area according to their own needs. The Taiping Financial Building was built by Shanghai Construction Engineering Group Co., LTD. Utson participated in its construction as a manufacturer providing high-end formaldehyde-free rock wool and won praise from all parties.
